Creating and using the Problem Solver Markup Language (PSML) is one solution to address the aforementioned problem. It allows for the collection of globally dispersed ideas and knowledge via Web-supported social networks and their integration with locally operational knowledge/databases in an organisation or community to create locally centralised, flexible Web intelligent services.
