Reproduction is the biological process by which living organisms produces offsprings with or without fusion of gametes.
Reproduction is mainly of two types:
Asexual Reproduction: It is the process by which organisms are produced without the help and fusion of gametes.
Example: algae, sporozoa etc.
Sexual reproduction: It is the process by which offsprings are produced with the fusion of gametes and formation of gametes.
Example: mammals, dogs, cats etc.
