Navya, any document or image that needs to be uploaded needs to be scanned. You need to walk to the nearest cyber cafe with the document or photograph or your signature on a paper and get them scanned. That will be stored in either a JPEG or JPG or PDF format. Now this image needs to be uploaded in the application form when necessary. Please do not take a picture from our mobile and then upload it. The dimensions will be incorrect and the application will not accept the images which means you have to re do them again by walking to the nearest cafe.
