what is self financed courses in msc? will it cause problems in future studies?

The self financed courses are those courses for which there is no subsidies provided by the authority to make the course going on. Thus if you get into a self financed course, the course fee will be greater than normal course because, the facilities you will get during the coursework from your institute will be entirely funded by the fees you are paying.

From a professional perspective, this will not hamper your future studies in any way. SO if you are getting the self financed course in your desired college you can surely go for it.
