What is SI unit of resistivity?

Hii

Resistivity is the resistance offered by an object per unit length and per unit cross sectional area at a specified temperation.
The SI unit of electrical resistivity is Ohm Meter. 
Generally Unit is given as ohm meter but sometimes, we can see ohm centimeter also used in some figures.
