What is spot round how to fill

In any counselling,spot admission is the last round of the counselling.That means,you should not accept the seat alloted to you in the last rounds and accept the seat which you get in spot admission of the college.For spot admission you will have to visit the college you want to join with all your certificates and belongings on the spot admission date that they choose and try your chance to get a seat.It is a risky process because if you don't get a seat in spot admission in  that college then, there is not seat alloted to you in any college because you didn't accept any seat in the previous rounds of counselling.
