Here are following document which are needed to be uploaded as State Of Eligibility Proof :

1. Indian nationals passing Class XII (or equivalent) examination within India

• Class XII Passing Mark Sheet/ Class XII Passing Certificate
• For NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) or Similar Board Students, Class XII Admit Card/I card mentioning the place of Study Centre

2. Indian nationals passing the Class XII (or equivalent) examination from an institution abroad: Passport of the candidate mentioning Permanent Address in India.

3. For Indian nationals passing the Class XII (or equivalent) examination from Nepal/Bhutan

• Passport of the candidate mentioning Permanent Address in India

4. OCI/PIO passing Class XII (or equivalent) examination in India

• Class XII Passing Mark Sheet/ Class XII Passing Certificate
• For NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) or Similar Board Students, Class XII Admit Card/I card mentioning the place of Study Centre

5. OCI/PIO passing the Class XII (or equivalent) examination from an institution abroad

• Not Eligible for Home State Quota
