JNU exam pattern for M.Sc. Programme is divided into two parts. The first part will contain questions from Science and Maths (based on Class 12) and second part will carry questions purely based on science such as Physics, Geology, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Mathematics at B.Sc level.

For M.Sc Physics, the questions will be asked from Physical Chemistry and Mathematics at B.Sc. (General) level for M.Sc Physics. You can also refer teh below given link for the further information.
