Indian Navy offers many position for young and Ambitious Sailors. However, The top most position is that of an  Chief of Naval Staff or an Admiral. The Position can be obtained by an officer only. So you need to get into an officer position first and then depending on your passion, leadership qualities and other requisites you can get an opportunity to get the desired position if you are deserving enough.
