If you want to take admission in class 12th in other state than from which state you passed your 11th standard then you have to take leaving certificate from your 11th pass college. And you have to submit this leaving certificate to the college in which you are going to take admission for the 12th standard.

For the change of state transfer certificate is also necessary so you can take this from 11th college. Now you have to submit your all documents to the college in which you wish to take the admission and have to select the subject which you want to study for the 12th standard
