Dear Chandni, Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences is a Private Medical College and Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. And Uttarakhand is not an Open State. So to take admission in HIMS, you need to hold domicile of Uttarakhand. And the official website mentions that the admissions for HIMS will happen only through NEET Marks and through common counselling conducted by State Government or its designated authority. So if you do not hold domicile of Uttarakhand, you may not get a seat here.
