If you want to take admission in other states, then you can take admission through 15% quota
..you cannot take admission in other state through85% quota ,if you don't have that  state domicile ..

If you have domicile of any state ,then in that state you can take admission under 85% quota ..

If you belong to any other state and you want to take admission in Government medical colleges in Karnataka then you will have to apply under 15% All India Quota.
