Since Royal college of law is been affiliated to CCS university.You cannot go directly you have to write entrance exam.After the entrance exam you can apply for the college .The application form is been available on their official site

Royal College of Law is a Private College that is Affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University. 

This college doesn't take students on a direct basis means they have their own entrance examination system present . If you qualify it then only you can take admission here. It's a good college with good faculties and infrastructure.
