what is the advantage of appearing for Karnataka pgcet for non Karnataka students.will it helps in decreasing fee from direct admission

The students appearing for pgcet should have studied atleast seven years in one or more Government or Government recognized institutions of the state commencing from 1st standard to the qualifying examination. So non- karnataka students are not eligible to give pgcet. But they can give KMAT exam
