You should be below 32 years of age as of 1st January 2021 for The Delhi judiciary 2021. The age relaxation differs depending on the Category.  The upper age limit is relaxable maximum by 5 years in the case of Ex-Servicemen (which include  Emergency Commissioned Officers and Short Service Commissioned Officers who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment)

Age limit for ex-serviceman is 33 years if you belong to UR (Unreserved Category) and 36 years if you are in OBC (Other Backward Caste) and 38 years if you are in SC (Scheduled Caste) or Scheduled Tribe (ST). Generally, ex-serviceman gets relaxation in age upto 5 years.
