As per my knowledge the Maulana Abul kalam azaad university of technology is an university and has a lot of colleges affiliated to it. The AISHE code is allotted to each of the colleges separately and thus for a university it holds no such meaning. I would suggest you to comment down whole context as the AISHE code of a university is quite ambiguous. I am still linking the site so that you can see AISHE code of each college.
