CMC Vellore is a Minority Medical College. 74 seats are for Sponsored Candidates, 10 are for Candidates whose parents work with CMC and 16 seats are for Open Merit. There is no concept of paid seats.

The fees structure is as follows:

Tution fees per year: Rs. 3000

One time college fees admission: Rs.8800

Other Annual fees: Rs.15,105

One time payment to University: Rs.13,425.
