there is no such average cutoff marks .it depends upon college to college and year to year however in order to get a good idea about the average cutoff marks is to have a look ob previous year cutoff marks and add about 20-30 marks to it .then you got nearly a fair cutoff mark range .however mention your college name then it would be easy to predict

The cut off for general category students fro MA in economics course from the university of Hyderabad is around 57-63. It keeps changing every year though and can't be predicted with surety but generally it lies in this range. Candidates are called for interviews  on the basis of the scores in entrance examination.
