You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am  assuming  you from general category

In neet 2019,  479 marks for general category was the lowest marks for getting an mbbs seat in a Index Medical College Indore under MP state quota

But, cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should get at around  500 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination
