It is beneficial only If you have a good national rank within 100. Otherwise if u feel your state rank will be better go don't opt for all india. It depends on your priority if u want to stay in andhra only. Since its exclusively for their students chances are u will get a better college and branch there.

Depends on your all india rank. Choose and select wisely
