Hello dear aspirant,

For the preparation of jee you must have clear knowledge of theory as well as practice in question solving especially in chemistry department .
N.c.e.r.t books can very useful in chemistry department as not only they provide enough knowledge other than that several questions are also asked in the exam directly from the book.
However,other than n.c.e.r.t you can consider books of M.S.Chauhan for organic, R.C.Mukherjee for physical and P.Bahadur for inorganic.

NCERTs of class 11th and 12th are the best books for preparation and to understand the basic concepts. Other books which you can refer are:
