The AI course will be not offered by any college as under graduate.

So coming to the point through CSE course you have acces to many computer course such as AI,machine learing ,cloud ..etc

So firstly give preference to CSE course so that you can have more command on AI .

Best course among them is untalkable because through CSE you can learn AI

Both the courses are quite related in  away that CSE is the main branch and AI is the sub branch of CSE. So if you are interested in computer science on a whole and have no subjective interest in one of its domain then go for CSE, However, if you are familiar with some Computer Science and you have developed an interest in AI and Machine Learing, then you could go with the specific course in AI.

Generally, if you are getting a good college with any of these branch and a bad college with the other, choose a good college irrespective of the branch.
