Hi,
The best no. to score for General category candidate will be to score 100% but as it's not possible for everyone in every exam, so, in such scenario scoring cut-off marks will fetch you a seat, but it's not that easy to predict cut-off mark for any exam because it keeps varying every year. According to DU LLB 's brochure there are 1167 seats for candidates of unreserved category. It means the aspirants who belong to this category if wants to do LLB from DU, they should perform in such a manner so that they are one of the top 1167 candidate. Going by the previous years' cut-off this year it is expected to be in the range of 220-250 marks.

As per your education level going for 5 year integrated LLB programme instead of 3 year LLB will be more useful and will save your 1 year. For 5 year LLB programme NLU's will be better option and most of them take admission through CLAT. NLU Delhi conducts its own entrance (AILET). Last years Merit list and Cut-off List of NLU Delhi is available @ AILET Result

Though One candidate with CLAT Rank of 1588 (around 108 marks) secured a seat at MNLU Aurangabad. Being on safer side, for securing a seat in an NLU one needs to be among Top 1000 CLAT Scorers for that one needs to score around 115-120 marks in CLAT. I hope it helps!

Hey,

Faculty of Law,DU conducts DU LLB Entrance Test for three year LLB programme. The basic eligibility criteria to pursue this course is to score minimum 55 per cent marks in the undergraduation and for SC/ST it is 45 per cent.

If we take into  consideration the cutoff of DU LLB entrance exam 2018 around four cutoffs were introduced but for General the cutoff did not really change much.A score of above  240-250 and more out of 400 marks is generally enough for a General candidate. The cutoff is subjected to change depending on the number of candidates, number of qualifying candidates, total number of seats, cutoff of previous years,Level of Examination.

After the candidates meet the required cutoff,a call letter is issued and candidates are asked to participate in counselling following which admission is given.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.

Hello Nikhil,

Please elaborate your question as your question lacks proper information. Please mention the name of the exam for which you are curious of. We will help you in finding the score required for that corresponding exam.

In general if I consider then scoring above 85% number can be considered a good score for anyone.

Good Luck !!!
