B.tech if u get a good college

BTech is a technical qualification, professional in nature and basic graduation programme in engineering technology.
Bsc is a graduate course and is a basic programme in science stream.
Of course B tech has more value but much depends upon your college/institute, your knowledge, aptitude and performance.
Both programmes lead to further post graduate courses to impove your knowledge and job chances.
It's your choice now. But choose wise decision.

It depends on ur college choice. If u get a good college in du for bsc  u do this and if u get good college in betch u can  opt btech. It depends in good type of university
