The bachelor of physiotherapy course (BPT) in most of the colleges does not require any entrance exam and the admission is based on your 12th class marks with PCB stream.

Some colleges might require their own entrance exam but mostly college accepts admission with percentage as minimum as 50% in 12th class. The colleges that are considered top tier for BPT, the cut off may range between 80 % to 85% for general category.
