Study at AIIMS can be considered next to free as the fee is nominal. You’ve to deposit Rs 5856 at the time of admission and that’s all you have to give during your 5 year long stay. Except for the mess fee which is run by private contractors you don't have to pay anything. So I don't think there's any need for scholarship as the government is providing so much subsidy.
