The counselling date of BCECE 2018 is Last week of July 2018 exact date are not announced yet.

There is no information whatsoever. The tender notice for the counselling is still on the website. Until they finalize it, the possibility seems a bit remote. I think maybe after mid July hopefully though I am not sure. It may even be later.
