Course fee will vary from college to college. Average course fee will vary in range 15k-125k. Fee will be less if you join government college.

It is a 4 years course so all in all minimum 5 lakhs will be the expenses. If you look for hostel and mess accommodation then it will be additional 25k-30k.  For 4 years it will be more 1lakh-1.5 lakh.
