Hi Ritesh,
With Maharashtra quota one can get admission in any of the Maharashtra Government engineering colleges with first preference i.e. a student belonging to Maharashtra and having it's quota then he/she will be preferred 1st against any other student no doubt how good rank he/she has achieved in Jee /MhCet, but the one with Maharashtra quota will be preferred first.
