Dear Rajib, 

The exam pattern and syllabus of NEET are going to remain same even under NTA, as was declared by MHRD at the time of the announcement of the establishment of NTA. So, in all probabilities the cutoff percentile of NEET 2019 will be same as present, i.e. 50th Percentile (for general category, 45th percentile for General-PH candidates and 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC). Now, the corresponding marks of these percentile, which is the cutoff marks varies from year to year.
