Hi, aspirations!
It varies yearly and there are 4 categories in counselling. You need to score a rank under 3k to
get in first category and under 8k for second category, under 20k you can get in 3rd and 4th category.
For Chennai campus, you need to score a rank under 25k to get in 1 category in counseling and a rank 42k seats you in 2nd,3rd, 4th category respectively.

NOTE: PLEASE DON'T EXPECT CSE GROUP ON GETTING ABOVE 40K RANK TO GET IN VELLORE OR CHENNAI CAMPUS.
