In UPSC, there  are 4 groups for physically disabled candidates on the basis of factors like the types of disability on has like:- Locomotor disability including Dwarfism and Acid Attack Victims,Visual Impairment,Hearing Impairment,Multiple  disability . These 4 groups are :-

• PwBD-1

• PwBD-2

• PwBD-3

• PwBD-5

The cut off marks keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

• number of students that appeared in the upsc examination,

• number of vacancies for different services etc.

Anyway,

When we go through previous year data then UPSC 2019 cut off marks is given below:-

For example,

If you belong to PwBD-1, the cut off was 861 marks. The final cut off only include mains+ interview. Prelims is just qualifying in nature and is not added toward final cut off marks
