The cut off or qualifying percentage for AIIMS MBBS is
50% for Open Category
45% for OBC category
40% for SC/ST category
The cut off for last year was given in the form of Percentile score and is as follows
98.93 for Open Category
97.01 for OBC category
93.65 for SC/ST category
This was the overall cut off percentile for all the AIIMS colleges in India.
