Cuttoff marks is announced by conducting body on the day of result date.And exam is yet to over.Cutoff marks is the minimum marks that Candidate need to score in order to get seat in participating colleges.And after qualifying Jee mains you can also appear in JEE ADVANCE..We can't predict cuttoff before examination as Cuttoff score depends upon difficulty level of paper..Try to score 120+ out of 300 to have seats in participating NITs..

The cutoff for JEE Main 2020 is not released yet.

Also, whenever the cutoff will be out, it will be some percentile and not the marks (as there are many slots and obviously, each slot will have a different paper and thus different difficulty level).
