Last year in 2019 the cut off percentile for
GEN :- 89.75
GEN-EWS:-78.21
OBC :- 74.31
SC :- 54.01
ST:- 44.33
Cuttoff Depends on various factors like no. Of students appeared in the exam , Level of Paper & many more criterias . So there will be a change in Cuttoff every year but not that significant change.
So Better prepare according to previous year Cuttoff . For a GEN student if you have scored more then 95 percentile then there a chance of getting a tier 1 College . Similarly for OBC candidates it's better to target for 90 percentile & above & ST / SC Candidate should atleast score 75-85 percentile to get a good College.

As per the new pattern of Jee mains examination,the expected cutoff category wise is mentioned :

Forgeneral -89, general EWS- 78.2,OBC-NCL 75,SC -54,ST-44. ,there would be variations in cutoff of mains every year and to get in NITS try to score 250+.I hope this would helps you.Good luck achiever !!

Cut off marks of jee will be out only after the Examination is over.
However you should keep in mind that the cutoff marks for jee mains last year was 89 marks for general candidates and 74 for obc candidates. Therefore one can expect the cutoff for this year in the similar range.
