Cut off for xi commerce depends on University and college. It varies every year. Usually cut off of Commerce stream in POPULAR colleges of all universities is very high it goes up to 95 or 96% . For example in Delhi University, cut off for Commerce stream 2019,  in Hansraj college  ,-  97%, Hindu college was  96%.

In HR. College, Mumbai 98%
