 The registration/ application process of PESSAT 2018 included steps like selecting the course (B.Tech in this case), selecting the gender, entering a valid email ID, payment of registration fee, and uploading of photographs. Candidates who successfully completed the online registration process were able to participate in slot booking and could download the admit card of PESSAT 2018. Before filling the application form of PESSAT 2018, candidates had to go through the eligibility criteria of the exam to ensure they were eligible for admission. PESSAT 2018 was held on different dates in test centres spread across various cities in India. The question paper of PESSAT included a total of 160 questions over two sections. Section 1 was made up of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Section 2 tested students on English grammar. PESSAT didn't have negative marking. Questions were set from CBSE syllabus, with 70% and 30% weightage given to Class XI and XII syllabus respectively. The result of PESSAT 2018 will be declared before May 20, 2018. Two rounds of PESSAT counselling 2018 will be held based on the candidate’s performance in PESSAT.
