Hi,
We cannot predict the cutoff directly even before the exam.As the cutoff depends on many factors such as the exam level,number of students appearing and the college cutoffs.Usually For BC category the cutoff is around 70 and above.This is normal cutoff on an average basis of the previous analysis.Best preparation can easily get a good rank and better college.For the best colleges you may need 100 marks on the safer side.
