It's difficult to predict the exact cut-off. Cutoff changes every year. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam difficulty level, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest score, whether you belong to any category or not. Cut-off varies from state to state. It changes from state quota seats to all india quota seats.

Since you have not mentioned the category, so it's difficult to predict the exact cut-off. However, considering you as a general candidate cut-off can be in the range of above 400. However, the minimum cut-off was in the range of 130 to secure a seat in bhms. The admission is done through NEET score in BHMS .
