According to last year AIR for integrated PhD in IIT, was under the rank of 500. Only some of the IIT provide education in integrated PHD such as IIT Kharagpur ,IIT Kanpur. JEST is one more entrance exam which provide admission integrated PHD in central universities for this yo have to secure AIR under 500-600 .
