Cutoff depends upon the rank in examination and can vary every year depending upon the difficulty level of the question paper, the marks other students have obtained and the pattern of paper.

So, if you want to get CSE then your rank must be below 6000 in open cateogry and below 16,000 if  you have state quota as per the privious years cutoff.
