Since the overall cut offs have been increased this year, it has affected the state results too. As of now the first round results of Odisha medical counselling has been declared. The cut off rank is more importhant than cut off percentile because thousands of students are there in the same percentile. So according to the first round result the last UR rank to get a seat in HITECH MEDICAL College is 37708 (ALL INDIA RANK), the state rank is (1033).
