Prakash the JEE Advanced result will be announced on 10th June 2018. And JEE Advanced authority has already released your optical response sheet which you can check out or download by logging in your JEE Advanced portal and compare your answers with the official answer key uploaded on the official website: https://www.jeeadv.ac.in/
This will help you figure out your score and plan accordingly for seat selection procedure which will start in the third week of the June if you clear the JEE Advanced cut-off.
