Dear Jessy, no matter where you want to study Medicine either in India or abroad, NEET is mandatory. The online applications and registration process for NEET was xlosed long back and now the Admit cards have bee released for downloading. If you meant application and registration process for applying to Medical colleges, it depends on the college that you want to apply for. Fee colleges likr CMC have already opened and closed their registration process. Most Medical colleges will start their registration process once the NEET results have been declared.
