What is the diff between bsc agri and B.E agri

Hello Aravindh,

In BSc agri you will be learning about the various agricultural techniques in depth and the science part involved like agronomy,pathology,genetics,microbiology ,soil science etc.You will be given more practical exposure.In BE/BTech agri you will be learning more about the principles of engineering related to agriculture.There will be more of technology part involved like irrigation engineering, fundamentals of farm machinery,soil and water conservation engineering,post harvest and storage engineering.Both degrees are related but unique in their own way.

Hello Arvindh,

B.sc (Bachelor of Science ) in Agriculture is a 3 year undergraduate course which is more

about the theortical knowledge in Agricultural Field.

On other hand, B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) is a 4 year Undergraduate  course which is more

about practical knowledge in Agricultural Field.
