B.Pharmacy is a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. It is a course of 4 years duration and is done after your 12th. To study this course, you should have completed your 12th in Biology/Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as your core subjects. Now B.Pharmacy Lateral is a course that allows you to join 2nd year directly in B.Pharmacy. This is because you have completed Diploma in Pharmacy. So Candidates who have completed their 12th Biology/Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as their core subjects and studied Diploma in Pharmacy can study B.Pharmacy from their 2nd year instead of starting from the first year.

Hi,

B.pharmacy course is for regular students who join the course after completion of class 12. B.pharmacy lateral is for the students who had done a diploma in pharmacy and will join directly in the 2nd year.

I hope it helps you.
