These two courses are undergraduate and are three year course. In BBA you'll learn about skills in administrator and in BBM you'll learn about banking and finance. The jobs includes advertising, aviation, digital marketing,etc in BBA and in BBM the job are banks,reta re sectores,etc. 

Both the courses have there on pros and cons. If you are interested in administration go for BBA but if you are interested in management go for BBM.
