Both are similar, Majority colleges offer BBA since opportunities and perception is better amongst recruiters.

Both are professional courses and are essentially the same, in terms of curriculum and core content. Both of these course have their own scopes and merits.BBA awards students with skills in Administration where as BBM makes the student capable with skills on management aspects.
BBM provides specialization in a variety of areas such as Human Resources, operation, finance, and marketing where as BBA does not meet this criteria.

So if you are looking for particular specialization then you can choose BBM than BBA.
