Dear student Well if you are really into computer science, I would say b.tech is better. I am a student of bsc computer science in Delhi university and I have faced many problems just because my course is of three years not four. For example, no admission in foreign universities they require 16 years of study. Placement packages are competitively very less.
Now if you just have choice in bsc cs and bachelor in it, I would suggest, go for bsc cs, it provides more depth in course comparative to bachelor in IT.
Rest the choice lies with your fine sense of judgment. All the best.
Thank you.
