BTech CSE- It is about the study of hardwares, softwares,microprocessors and other parts related with the computer.It deals with working as well as functioning of computer systems and their applications.Students learn about programming, developing, computer languages etc.

BTech ECE-It is about the electronics like microwaves,electronic gadgets, communication in satellite etc.EC focuses on the design of hardware systems.

It is completely depending on your interest whether your area of interest is electronics or computers.

First year the subjects would be same for both CSE and ECE.

Then about the important subjects of both the course -

ECE deals with Engineering Mathematics, Analog electronics,Basic Electronics, Network Analysis etc. CSE deals with mathematics,data structures, software systems,computer network etc.

Career Opportunities

After CSE you can work in top companies like TCS, HCL, etc. After ECE-Wipro, Cisco networking etc.

You can get decent salary packages if you have good marks and the eligibility.

The choice is completely on your interest if you are more into programming then you can take CSE or if you are interested in electronics then ece.
